The product is a smart box, connected to the high voltage circuit breaker, the only system that allows you to predict and act to avoid any minor or major problems with your on-board electrical installation. It has been under development for 2 years under my management, Research and Development Innovation Director. The partners are the laboratories of the University Polytechnic of Montreal, a world leader in electrical, electronic, computer science and artificial intelligence engineering.
Officers in full confidence to guarantee the availability of electric propulsion on board Carnival cruise. With sagacity, we have study, analyze and troubleshoot with all the technical staff on board, the electrical propulsion system. The technical Superintendent office, based in Hamburg Germany, have assisted us during all the operations. We ‘ve used augmented reality to remotely assist the engineers by the manufactures experts from ashore.
Excellence in the design and production of immersive education and training solutions using virtual reality, augmented reality, artificial intelligence in the digital mock-up, digital shadow and digital twin. Education through teaching and training through training give us a sense of the PEM French Navy management officers.
THE FRENCH NAVY CHOOSES ALLUCYNE TO DEVELOP ITS INITIAL AND ONGOING IMMERSIVE TRAINING COURSES Following in the footsteps of the Royal Canadian Navy, we have developed new immersive teaching methods using generic digital twins. Through the clustering of distributed adaptive AI data, position learners' initial level of knowledge based on their mental schema, bring diegetic objects to learners in their personalized acquisition path, and ensure the right transmission of knowledge at the end of learning.
Ensuring the availability of your electrical equipment requires rigorous maintenance, inspection and periodic analysis. It is in this context that the Carnival Group commissioned a study report on the equipment of one of its ships built at the Atlantic shipyard 20 years ago. The Diesel Alternator, Converter and Other electrical modules assembly were inspected under full operating load in navigation. Of course, the security measures during the messages were scrupulously respected. The report made it possible to tighten the bolts on the power bars.
Thanks to the creativity of a naval architect partner and the benevolence of referral ship- owners in cruising, our ship, a clean sailing city KNOWLEDGE OF THE SEAS is making good progress. It will sail on all seas and will allow the men who guarantee its operational availability, to train in the safety and maintenance of on-board high voltage systems, in accordance with the international STCW convention governing the knowledge and skills required according to the regulations international compulsory.
My area of expertise is assisting the shipowner in the technical support of vessels during fleet operation, and before, during and after dry dock. I have expertise in several areas linked to power conversion, training strategies adapted to the needs of learners and organizations.

Every project is an opportunity to learn and perfect my skills. Here are the skills I've honed over the years, and which I'd like to put at your service.
As a Marine High Voltage Maintenance Coordinator, my mission is to ensure the reliability and availability of electric propulsion systems on board. I lead diagnostic and troubleshooting operations in close collaboration with onboard technical teams and shore-based experts. By coordinating with the Technical Superintendent's office, I align field actions with engineering directives. I leverage advanced tools like augmented reality to facilitate remote expert support. My role is critical in maintaining operational safety and performance at sea.
As a Research Associate, my mission is to contribute to the development of immersive technical training focused on electric propulsion and high-voltage systems. I collaborate with naval architects and industry partners to design educational content aligned with international STCW standards. My role involves researching best practices, regulatory requirements, and innovative training methods. I support the creation of realistic learning environments onboard the "Knowledge of the Seas" vessel. Ultimately, I help ensure crew members acquire the skills needed for safe and compliant maritime operations.
As a Training Engineering Expert, my mission is to design and implement immersive training programs using advanced 3D simulators and digital twins. I analyze learners' cognitive profiles to tailor adaptive learning paths powered by AI. I ensure the integration of diegetic elements to enhance realism and engagement. My role includes validating knowledge transfer and optimizing the training experience for naval officers. I act as the link between instructional design, technology, and operational needs.
As a Digital Project Manager, I oversee the end-to-end development of innovative connected products, such as the smart box for high-voltage circuit breakers. I coordinate multidisciplinary teams and research partners to align technical progress with strategic goals. My role ensures timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met throughout the R&D lifecycle. I bridge communication between stakeholders, engineers, and AI experts. Ultimately, I drive digital innovation from concept to operational deployment.
